足利西ライオンズクラブも協賛として参加し、会場のお手伝い、おしるこの配布など行いました。

ルイーズさんご両親からのお礼状
フランスからの留学生、ルイーズさんのご両親からお礼状が届きました。
ルイーズさん本人は、時差ぼけの為か、５日間も「眠れる森の美女」になっているようです…。
Dear Mr. Seida !
Louise arrived in due time, completely enthusiastic with her journey in Japan. We heartly thank you for your so kind welcome, and with the greeting in your family. You have been really her family-in-Japan, and she feels as if she has found father, mother, brothers and sister-in-Japan.
As a matter of fact, the whole Japan has been extremely generous with her : her bags were full of gifts, from Lions or others. Please, give our special thanks to Mrs. Seida, and her magnificent Japanese dress (Louse explained it is not exactly a kimono, but we apologize, we cannot remember the exact name), But the most important is that her mind and heart are full of beauty, kindness, and marvellous friends.
We look forward meeting you in France. Perhaps Satomi could be our Lion Host next year ?
Louise is sleeping since five days, just awake to eat a little and drink tea. We hope she'll recover from jet lag very soon and write to you.
